After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

For a great New York strip...
Horrible service! Ordered food & it was wrong ( I have a food allergy), so I sent it back.... they brought it back wrong again! No manager came to apologize. The waitress had an attitude because I wanted it removed from the bill. I did not even take 1 bite. For the price I expected excellent service. This was my 1 yr anniversary dinner 😭
Only in Texas... the ambience created by the founder, the one and only Dale Wamstedt, his family, the chef extraordinaire, and everything that happens in between the kitchen to your table makes any evening special... at TEXAS RESTAURANT, my favorite to dine with my family and friends!

Great steaks and sides within a great atmosphere. Superb service. You won’t leave hungry or with a feeling you spent too much for what you received.
First time visit but definitely won’t be our last!! The cozy atmosphere, outstanding cuisine, excellent service, and the hospitality from start to finish is sure to please 😉
