After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

An absolutely fantastic experience with great food. We visited the Dallas area 4 years ago for a 2 week work training and ate here once the first night...and then the last night before we went back home. Food was great and service was spot on.
