After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

RecommendedWe have eaten here several times but last nights Valentines meal was the best. The filet mignon just melted in your mouth. Can’t wait to come back
