After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

RecommendedOur family absolutely loves Texas. We love this family. We feel like part of their family we come visit. The food is amazing and they have a great wine list . Atmosphere is amazing. We love Sam the magician. We love the jazz musician who stands on the stairs and plays some awesome tunes . Just all-around everything is the best .
My husband and I had a wonderful meal. Food was excellent and customer service beyond words. We got refills on drinks before we were half empty. Their entertainment was very enjoyable. It's a little pricey but well worth it.

our favorite place to eat. great place to take friends. live music but not too loud so you can talk. the sweet potato soup, the chilean sea bass and filet are outstanding. the crab cakes are a go to appetizer, the house vinagrette is amazing!.

I highly recommend this family owned restaurant! The food is delicious, it was served hot and tender(fillet mignon was perfect)! The owners stop at every table to make sure you’re happy.
