After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

I asked for my steak to be well done. I like it juicy with crisp outside. However my meal was burned and like beef jerky..The waiter said a well done steak would be dry. We eat at steakhouses a few days each week and the steaks are always well done and juicy.The atmosphere and service was decent. it is a beautiful place. However when serving high dollar dishes they should be somewhat good and not take 90 minutes to get to us.

Awesome service and food. Steak melted in my mouth. We also enjoyed fantastic bang bang shrimp, crab bisque soup and desserts. Great experience. Owner and his family stopped at our table a few times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend.
Loved that the owner popped in to say hello. Wonderful food and atmosphere.
