After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

One of my favorite places to go. My go to when guest are in town, business or friends. The owners are so nice and friendly and the magician is great with the kids when we bring them. The food is always top notch, beef fish and fowl.

the food was amazing! The service was not at that level. Our reservation was set for 7:30p we sat down at 8:10 got our food at 8:50. wait staff was in a big hurry to clean table even while people were still eating. Felt rushed after being very patient on the wait to get seated and eat after getting reservations. We loved the food, but there are many options in the Metroplex. Don't think we will return soon.

Texas is more than just a good place to go but rather a great place! The food is exceptional but the customer service is off the charts! This is where they excel because the ownership recognizes that you can get a good meal at a lot of places here in Dallas, but their attention to detail in customer service is what sets this place apart! I just love this place and this family!
