After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

Shannon the hostess made sure we were comfortable and had everything we wanted. The waiter was awesome and they even gave us an anniversary dessert. We got to meet the owner and talk to hi a little bit. The food was amazing and such large portions. I couldn't eat all of mine, so it'll be dinner tonight at work. I can't wait to go back and have the free dinner Friday party with us, plus maybe some others that we just met recently.

My husband & I ordered curb side pick-up & the process was seamless. Loved seeing those who make our experience at Texas feel like home! Our Salmon, sides salad & bread were over the top! And of course the bread & cookies were a real treat! Can’t wait to order the rib-eye next time! We love you Dale, Shelby & Shannon & all those who continue to serve in a big way!! Oh yeah & highly recommend the Napa Valley Cabernet Turnbull wine! Perfect for our date at home!
The best part aside from the food and drinks is Dale, the family and the staff. Love you Guys! Can’t wait till your fully open again.
