After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

Great steak and very nice staff. The magician walking around entertaining everyone was awesome. The bartender Chris has an excellent personality and makes a great drink. Extremely attentive and courteous. I will definitely be going back.

We were here a year ago. Have been craving for their steaks since. Now we are back in Texas. The first thing we did was to come here and order a 16 oz ribeye steak medium rare. It was perfectly cooked. Sooooo good! A guy came over to give us a magic show while we were waiting for our food. It was very entertaining! Love this place. Will be back! Quails and salmon were very good too!
Our server was great. I got the Dominicko steak which was okay, nothing special. Mash potatoes were not good at all. My wife really enjoyed the ribs. Probably wouldn't finback because it's just not worth the money but it's not the worst place either..
Really good food. The owner is very personable and interacts with customers. The magician was awesome! And some jazz music to boot. Very fun place but laid back too.
Best filet ever. Texas atmosphere warms my heart. Can't get enough of the yellow roses, wait staff with bolos, and Patsy Cline.
Best cheeseburger � ever and that sauce .. Yummm �� Wish the owner had been there , so my son could've got a deck of cards! It was their first time, but not the last!!
Best atmosphere and Food in my opinion. Family operated that make you feel at home. Highly recommended!
This place was delicious and the service and atmosphere was fabulous!
