After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

AMAZING!! Shelby was super sweet!! And the chocolate cake with chocolate ganache is to die for!!
We enjoyed our Valentine's dinner. The hostess, Saxophonist, Ambiance and Magician were outstanding.
They have the best filet I have ever had. We have been many times and each time the food and the services is outstanding.
Amazing Steak and atmosphere ! The Owner is so friendly and makes sure all his costumers are taken care of during their dinner :) first time in Texas hope to be back
The only thing that made it okay was the bartender. Then later the manager. As soon as I walked in, the hostess gave me a look like I don't belong. Wasn't her fault; told I wasn't allowed to have a seat because my shirt didn't have sleeves. Sat at the bar. Bartender was nice. Food was okay. Too fancy for a Texas steak house. Not much on the menu to choose from.
Atmosphere was excellent. Food delicious and waiter very entertaining. Will be going back.�

Just finished dinner with my family - have to say it was a FANTASTIC dinner! The wait staff was fabulous, the manager was great! Super friendly, four of us had filet mignon and it was equal to or better than a NY steak house, which is where I'm from!
