After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

Love the food
This place defines the 5 star rating for me. If possible I would give them 6 stars just to show how blown away I was at every aspect of the experience. I had never been to Texas before, but I had seen it and heard about it from friends. Its a dinner only place, upscale but not too fancy.
