After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

We have eaten there several times and have never experienced any dish that was average or bad. It's a wonderful place to get great food. I got the ribs this last time and I'm convinced it's the best ribs I've ever had! I mentioned that to Dale on the way out. As we got outside, Dale caught up with us to give a wave and thanked us for coming. That impressed my wife and I.
Loved the fall off the bones ribs, the homemade raspberry jam for the butter soaked toast and the tasty quail legs. And can't forget the awesome service. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! The service was AMAZING. Seriously amazing. The restaurant itself was beautiful. The food....soooo good. Highly recommended!
Accessibility is tricky. Once there the service is superb and the food is fantastic. On my next trip I'm trying the fowl and they also serve Red Fish. It will be a flip of the coin between the fowl and fish.
