I brought my 2015 Ford F-150 in last week for warranty service and my issue was resolved correctly, the first time. My Service Representative Jose was very pleasant and professional and ensured I was taken care of in a timely manner. Your Dealership is doing things the right way. They even washed my truck before returning it to me. I will do all of my future business at your Dealership. Thank you for a good experience.
The customer service just seems to get worse here. They called yesterday afternoon to say my husband truck was ready. When we arrived this morning to pick up the truck we find out oh it’s not really ready, the front bumper is still off and the technician won’t be in for another hour. Both my husband and I have places we need to be today, neither of us has time to wait around for at least another hour for them to finish a job that was completed yesterday.
$1000.00 Winner. BIGGEST SCAM EVER! USED to be a Ford fan (MY FAVORITE car was the 1994 Ford car of the year Probe cherry red w/ rear spoiler) based on my experience today NEVER, EVER WOULD I set foot on or in a FORD AGAIN! Shameful.

I had a lot of fun today at their promo event. The team there is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The salesman, accountant and sales manager all lied to us multiple and tried selling us a lemon. They all deserve to work at a used car lot how they tried to screw us. I won’t ever recommend this place. Also gave us a new tag when we didn’t want one, and on the temp tag the dumbasses put 2/30 as the expiration date. I could roast these dudes all day
The service department is AWFUL. I pulled in, got my child out of the car and wandered around because no one was offering to help me. Finally got checked in and told them I brought my own oil (bc my husband is picky) As they were changing my oil, someone came out to tell me that I only had 5 quarts and the car needs 6. I assured them my husband bought 6 quarts. They disagree and ended up having to put their oil in it.
