We are beyond grateful for all this dealership did to help us. We are a family of 5 on vacation and our Navigator broke down just as we were pulling into our hotel in downtown Knoxville. Upon calling the dealership on a Friday morning, they got us in immediately and worked on our truck to get us on the road to be able to return to Michigan on Sunday morning.
