We had a recall on the front doors of our 2020 escape. They had to install a door check kit. Dropped it off around 8:15 am. Received a call less than 4 hrs later, it was ready. When we arrived we immediately noticed that Ted Russell had completely detailed our dirty car. Inside and out. Not only did Ted Russell do the recall work in a timely manor, they also made our car look new, inside and out. Great Job and good service.

Make sure before you bring your car to have any type of service, get the cost first. I was hit with a 300.00 bill to find out what is wrong with my car. Without anyone telling me how much it would be. I know work must be paid for. But let someone know how much before you do the work. The service person that was over my car. Left a text. I called several times and left vm. Never received a call back. I won’t go back there. And actually will be trading my car in at another dealership. And no itemized Bill. 40.00 miscellaneous?

I bought a 2024 ranger raptor for my son in February 2024. On the way home an hour away the check engine light comes on. Turns out to be an exhaust sensor. Don’t have time to fix it then. Fast forward to June, my son is driving home from 3 hours away and his truck is overheating. There’s a leak in the coolant reservoir. Call ford, will cost me $800 for a tow. Take the truck to a local ford dealer where he is at and they patch it. Ford won’t order the reservoir until we bring the truck into this exact location to be diagnosed... read more
