My family and I were looking for new SUV’s and we came across Ted Russell Ford and my wife had been looking at the Mach-E so we decided to stop. We are glad that we did because the moment we parked we were greeted by Blake, Blake was extremely helpful and we were so happy with everyone at Ford that we came the next day and our daughter also got one.
This is a very clean, friendly, professional, dealership with an exceptional staff and outstanding mechanics. They identified and resolved an electrical issue I have been hunting for two years. Three other shops couldn't fix the short, Ted Russell did. Took three or four days but they did a great job and gave me two options as to what I wanted done and the cost of each. Parts or repairs these guys are the best.
I've had some work done a few times at Ted Russell Ford on my 2007 Ford F-150 that now has over 300,000 miles on it.. We recently replaced the motor with a factory fresh Ford motor. They help me keep the truck that I love running like it's brand new. The service writers are friendly and competent. The mechanics are tenacious, detail oriented and they don't miss a thing. They do outstanding work! If your Ford needs some work this is the place to bring it!
