What you all did to Kelsey Deanna Erickson is despicable. I have personally heard of another Ted Russell dealership (Ted Russell Nissan) treating one of my better friends like garbage. I don't know that poor girl, but that is ridiculous.

Terrible. Bought a truck 3 weeks ago. Broke down after two weeks and they charged me $150 for a new battery. Now it's dead again. I told them the altenator was bad and they insisted it was just the battery (which was put in last year.) Just go with Carmax.
The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is that my salesman was great. Everyone else that I worked with (finance people, managers, etc.) did not seem to care about trying to work for me to sell me a car. I had a difficult time getting these people on the phone to get updates on my deal. They need to realize that it takes all of the team members pulling their weight to make deals work and to keep their customers happy!
I was told that they could work up deals on other Ted Russell lots so we set up a deal on a truck that was waiting for a part on back order at Parkside location We signed the deal sheet and set up all financing was to get the truck on one day and they sold it out from under us the day before AWEFUL customer service and communication. Do not waste your time.
Incompetent service department . Told me I needed a new engine when the problem was loose spark plugs . This place cannot even do simple engine diagnostics . If it wasn't incompetence they were trying to steal my truck since the service writer suggested that I trade it. I'll never go back there and I'll never buy anything from them again . Further I'll tell everyone I know not to do business with them as well .
