Had a part on my F150 they replaced about a year and a half ago go bad, they got it fixed promptly and didn't charge a dime. Good service department, haven't bought a car from them though.
Our salesman Doug was extremely pushy even after I told him I was not buying that day but that I wanted to sleep on it because it would be my first car purchase on my own. He continued to push and got rude as I stood my ground. It got to the point that I had to just get up and leave. Then as I was leaving with my father one of the other salesmen made the comment that he heard people who can't make it through med school go to dental school. I am very disappointed with the financial service.After a week since I bought the car, they called me to sign a new contract where my interest increased by half a percentage.Of course they promised to fill up the car but were forgotten after signatures.Not recommend anyone to buy a car from Ted Rassell Ford

Nothing but problems with the truck. Same roof leak in for service seven times and still leaks! They don't care!Took in for transmission slip and they re calibrated and told me to go drive it to relearn how I drive. Took it and it was worse! Took back and had to actually show them what was wrong! Ended up having to have entire transmission replaced! Come on. You wouldn't treat Ted Russell like that. Go buy something else, not a ford!
Well I'm huge on customer service. Went to dealership today and walked from one end to the other and not 1 person even spoke to us. Saw 2 guys in parking moving cars they never spoke. Not a busy time. Tuesday morning at 10am. Are all Ted Russell dealerships like this? Come on man, I just want to buy a car today!!!

The service department is incredibly rude. I do not appreciate the way that I was treated by them the several times I have been there. The prices are also higher than the other, better Ford that is in town. I have gone to Lance Cunningham for several months now and prefer their service. They offer you water when you get there. They are kind. The only person at Ted Russel that has been nice to me was the man that runs the collision center. He has been honest with me and not ripped me off.
