Maybe when you take your car to a dealership for the oil to be changed you shouldn't be greated with "Are you sure you are at the right place? This is a Ford dealership and you drive a Nissan". Really?? Do I LOOK stupid? The man I bought this vehicle from always brought it here. Maybe I get the different greeting because I am a woman?

I am expecting and I drive a bug. I went in to ted russell and met the most wonderful lady ever , Michelle Abele. The car I was wanting was too expensive, she never gave up and she eventually found me a momma car. My husband and I are so glad we had her help. I now have a 2015 ford focus to put my baby in!!!! I can not THANK Michelle enough for making this possible. If you ever go to ted Russell ford/ Lincoln ask for Michelle Abele. She will go above and beyond for you �

Ted Russell performed a diagnostic on my Lincoln. They told me it needed a new engine and gave me an estimate that was higher than the car was worth. They tried to sell me a new car. Another mechanic fixed the problem for $88. Engine was fine!!!!
Had a horrible experience at Parkside trying to get some warrenty work done and gave them a bad review. Emily Perry responded and ask me to contact her so she could fix it. The Kingston Pike dealership took over and fixed my car without any hassle or hiccups!!! Thanks Emily and Rita!!!

I will never buy another vehicle off them ever again going thru the pain of everything like appointments that was never scheduled bought a new 2016 fusion and told them I wanted it tinted 20% and then put 35% on it watch out for this dealer
