Will never have any more work done here. Been here for Three hours for a oil change. They said I needed a tire, so they tell me that would take an hour Three hours later they tell me that they didn't have it here after all. Still waiting on it. Will never buy another truck here ever.
Best car buying experience ever! I will be recommending Ted Russell to everyone that is in need of a new or used car. They were extremely accommodating and took a lot of hassle out of buying a new car. I was also very comfortable talking with all of the sales associates and feel very confident with everything that happened.
Worst buying experience in my life. Even the manager promises were empty, nobody cares about anything besides selling you with lies. Bought a truck and after almost two months I'm still waiting for my second set of keys, remote start and even the license plates. We had to call more than ten times to the manager to make it happen as both sales persons that sold us the truck were not working there no more only days after we bought it.
