I have had my trailer for less than two months and the furnace no longer works. Tacoma RV won’t take it in to fix it until late in May. Now I have a very expensive icebox in my driveway that I cannot use. I foolishly thought this place was different but it’s the same old story - once they get your cash you don’t matter any more.
They are great until after the contract is signed. Service is horrible and they don't stand behind their products even while under warranty! BUYER BEWARE!!!
My husband and I shopped around and visited a lot of dealers even driving as far as 80 miles to some. We came back to Tacoma RV because it just felt right. Everyone we met from the sales associate to the technician who went through an almost 2 hour walkthrough with us to the finance staff were amazing they went above and beyond our expectations. They weren't the cheapest option we had but they offered the best value and lifetime warranty. I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone.
Very friendly, not pushy! Very well organized pickup process. We were told to expect 3 hours because we were also having a hitch installed and we were pulling out with our new Fifth Wheel in 2 hours! We would definitely refer our family and friends to Tacoma RV!
Terrific customer service! Purchased my RV yesterday and they told me I could pick it up after the current snowstorm ends!
