The owner does not believe in customer service. There warranties are BS and they rip people off. They will fix your stuff then tell you after that it wasn’t covered under your warranty. I will never recommend this place again.
What shame... used to love this place and even referred to some of our friends who also bought. They sure do like to get you for every pretty penny unethically. Dealing with their warranty is a nightmare but having them charge you for things that you didn’t agree on nor was aware of it is just plan wrong. When dealing with this company just make sure EVERYTHING is documented going through service. I would go as far as communicating via email so the service agents are held accountable for what they say or lack there of.
The service department did not return our call after saying our black tank issue was fixed, but it is not!!
RecommendedEasiest purchase I've ever made. Bought a 2020 Passport and we love it. The walk through was done very well all our questions were answered . Just an all around professional group. Never go anywhere else. Thanks guys !
So helpful, we went there probably 6 or 7 times looking for just the right ...trailer, fifth wheel, toy box ...lol. Never were they pushy. Always so willing to help but to give us our privacy to explore. I truly believe that is why we kept going back. besides the fact that on our last trip, we fell in love with just the right one for us. It was so easy. They truly were wonderful.

Not pushy at all. Let me walk through as many 5th wheels as I wanted. Probably spent a couple hours narrowing it down to less than 5, before finally deciding on the Montana High Country 372RD. The whole staff was great, from sales , walkthrough, finance, it went great. I would recommend Tacoma RV Center to anyone.
So smooth. No pressure to buy, the whole experience was relaxing and fun!
