I got taken advantage from this SCAM Dealership. I got lied to by 4 different people who work there 2 managers & 1 the owner herself. Please be aware that this company can't be trusted including the owner herself. Do not promise wiring that is not per the diagram for the Satellite.
As a business owner who deals with multiple companies and millions a year I have never dealt with such Incompetence. They had my toy hauler for 4 months and gave me 4 days it would be ready to pick up Today I gave up and just went and got it after they would not give me an answer on a time frame for them to even start it. They also charged me for parts ordered that were never installed because ( insurance paid me money) when I have not gotten a penny. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had
The service department is top notch. The service adviser Joe kept me up to date on the warranty work that needed to be completed and they went above and beyond when doing some body repair work when the found another area that needed attention without charging me extra for the small repair.
everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. a special shoutout to Siri(I hope that is how you spell his name), he was very knowledgeable on our purchased trailer and was able to answer all our questions.
We enjoyed the low stress a no pressure sales with the ability to look through the RV's at our own leisure. We are so appreciated the easy financial support through the finance department,and the walkthrough with our technician was extremely helpful.
