Service manager is very rude and uncaring! Even tried to blame us for leaving items ($100 vaccines for my live stock that we cannot replace due to Covid) in the fridge when it was supposed to be a 1-2 day inspection and we live so far away we can’t just pop up to get stuff. He said “your the one that left it in there so it’s not our fault”. Disappointed in the service manager and customer service of employees. They will sell you an RV but after that service center acts like it is a burden to help you.
RecommendedJust purchased a 2021 Trailer. We love it and were very happy with every person we came across at this dealership. And a HUGE THANK YOU to Mike in parts for going above and beyond to get the right hitch setup for our new truck, last minute! 🙂
Bought a 2019 Passport Bunkhouse from Tacoma RV and have had trouble with the trailer every time we have gone camping. Finally we figured out the problem and that was only because the battery wire caught fire. Tacoma RV installs the batteries and since I didn’t call service for my previous problems of blown fuses they won’t take responsibility for their mistake of wiring a hot wire to ground. If you live long distance from here...DO NOT plan on taking it for service. My husband and I purchased a new toy hauler from Tacoma RV in 2015. Our buying experience was awesome...great customer service, wonderful finance department, and quick return phone calls. We live 163 miles from their location but have continued to do business with them since our purchase experience was great. no do not buy from them! we bought a brand new keystone passport 2019. we have made sure to use this place for the maintenance and winterizing. this is the 1st yr we want to use our AC. we couldn't get it to work! So we call down there to see if they could talk us through it, thinking maybe its an error on my part. But nope! They said ya it sounds like its not working. And guess what?
