RecommendedAfter hitting the Tacoma RV Show, we decided on Tacoma RV the following Monday. Everybody was great from sales to finance and everyone in between. Daniel was so patient with our walk through and our many questions. Andy helped us with our miscellaneous gadgets and accessories. It was a pleasant day and we’re ready to hit the highway.
Only in it for the initial sale. Customer service after that sucks but the parts people are nice. Only have had issues since buying. Took it in for first year warranty work and they lied about fixing it all and said just waiting for a new faucet. I showed up to check myself and none of the rest of the issues were complete. I just recently dropped the trailer back off for warranty work on my trailer for the floor that they misdiagnosed saying was cause the faucet leaked but turns out the fridge leaked so now or later down in ... read more
We love working with all the staff at Tacoma RV as they were all professional, friendly and very accommodating during our purchase of our 2019 Montana. The best part was the “no pressure “ looking and buying experience since we took several months to decide on upgrading our travel trailer to the fifth wheel considering it was such a large investment. Everyone was awesome here and we are looking forward to enjoying our new rig and being a part of the Tacoma RV family!!!!
