Bought a brand new 28’ rv, brought it in for some warranty work and yearly inspection. You can spell an issue out in the most clear/understandable manner and over the phone they will tell you “that’s fine”, when you show up it’s “well you should’ve (insert excuse here)”, their price on a simple bearing pack is OUTRAGEOUS, and customer service and communication skills are lacking as a whole. My friend hope reyes bought a brand new tailer from here in 2015 and had nothing but issues. The staff refused to help or warranty the many electrical problems. Take your business elsewhere!
Horrible. Bought our first trailer from there and it’s been nothing but problems. First a constant water leak and now the front door won’t open after being unlocked. Wish I never would of bought this “new” trailer. Nothing but problems and have only taken it out 3 times. Haven’t even owned it a full year yet.
Terrible Service, they didn’t fix half the things that were wrong on our new RV. �� someone is getting a phone call Monday guaranteed

I just want to say thank-you to the service department. We had a water tank issue that we discovered 6 weeks before a big trip we had been planning for months. The soonest they could get us in was 4 business days before we were supposed to leave. The service department found the issue, got it covered under warranty, found the part locally and got it fixed in enough time for us to leave as scheduled! Courtney in the service department was so helpful and kept us informed all along the way. Thank you!
