Everyone at Tacoma RV was really helpful. It was very exciting to pick our first RV. There was so much information during our walk through and I am sure TJ was very thorough but it was hard to take it all in. It would be so nice if possible to have a print out with the wonderful hints and tips TJ gave us, maybe with some diagrams. The manual for our fifth wheel is not very informative, ( I have read it) and it doesn’t have near the information TJ gave us. The only problem is that there was too much to remember. I wasn't there. ...... I was stuck in shitty Interstate 5 traffic. It may have seemed like I was visiting. .......
We were treated fairly, and got the RV we wanted at a price that was also fair. Everyone we talked with were very warm and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.
Honestly the easiest buying process we’ve ever experienced. Staff is so nice and prices are great!
Purchasing our trailer from Tacoma RV was an amazing experience. All of the Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. If you need an RV you should definitely check them out!
