Once they have your contract or deal turned around, there is NO such thing as good customer service. We had THREE different errors occur that all started in the parts department-huge can of worms with ALL three items. This dealership takes no ownership for their mishaps! Wish we’d never done business with Tacoma RV in the first place! I’m hoping they make things right, but highly doubtful. Very disappointing!
I bought a travel trailer at the end of December. This place has had it longer than ive owned it and won't replace it or reimburse me for the tone they've had it. Im a full time RVer and neither keystone nor this place will help with lodging expenses. I dropped off my trailer on Mar5,2018. I picked it up today for water damage. After a visual inspection it doesnt look like they did anything. There's Rudy from water damage and the parts that were supposed to be replaced are still there....
