Everything is fine up to the point of purchasing your RV. After they get your money everything, especially service, goes way down hill. They really don't care. I purchased a Montana and spent a lot of money on it. They are horrible. Don't buy from them.
Bought a bran new toy hauler with six pages of thing wrong that was promised would be fixed. It's been I've two months and only half the stuff has been fixed. Never updated on the status of repairs and never got an answer on status of what I asked for. Said they would call back multiple times and never did. We will be going to bbb shortly.
This is the only place I would send friends and family to for getting an RV! I loved the fact that there was no pressure and no fighting over price. Hayes Mundell (sales) was great from the start, and everyone that took us through the next steps! Thank you all
This is the first time I have ever left a negative review but....this was the worst experience we have ever had in a service department. We got different information from everyone, they blame the customer on almost everything, and generally just not good. We live in our rv and they had this in for service for a total of 5 weeks which could have taken under 2 and told us to just get a motel. We live in a rv type community and have not and will not recommend Tacoma RV to anyone. And the last straw was they still didn't get eve... read more
We had amazing service while shopping and looking into our options. The sales staff was super friendly and very informative. We traded in our camper for a toy hauler and we are absolutely amazed with our new purchase. We loved that Tacoma RV took the time to show us all the bells and whistles and answered all of questions. Looking forward to all the time we plan on spending in our new toy hauler!
