We purchased a 2016 SpringDale travel trailer from Tacoma RV Center. They were very friendly and were not pushy at all they worked with us. They got us into something that we could afford payment wise. They treat you like family and with respect we really enjoyed the time they took with us and showed us how everything operated it was amazing to have people treat you like that. Very knowledgeable and laid back staff. At no time did myself or my wife feel pressured to go in any certain direction. After listening to our list of desires in a new trailer we were shown several that met our needs. Every step of the process was pain free. The service department found shipping damage to the roof of our slide out and quickly got it approved for warranty repair. I could not have asked for better service or a smoother purchasing process.
Everyone I came in contact with treated us great with a smile and a willingness to get us in an RV. Great place that I will be using for years to come.
I had a awesome and wonderful experience purchasing my RV through Tacoma RV. Sales person Robert was outstanding in helping us out, as was the rest of sales people. Financing worked with us to get us in the right RV that met all our needs. Parts and maintenance worked with us to get us all set up. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.
