Not all things are perfect when you take delivery of a new RV. Unlike a car or truck, it is a house on wheels. The ownership, sales staff, parts and service at Tacoma RV follow through to fix any concerns as soon as possible. They are fair and honest to deal with. We are a repeat customer and would purchase there again.

We looked at a few other RV dealers but none of them compared to Tacoma RV Center. We loved that the salespeople (Heidi and Haise(sp?)) were not pushy and don't work on commission. Those two were very helpful and explained many features on the different travel trailers. Daniel lead us through a walk through of our new travel trailer and we left feeling extremely confident in how to set up and use our trailer. Kudos to Tacoma RV Center for such a smooth experience. Will recommend to others!

We looked around for a long time before deciding on a new 5th wheel and found what we were looking for at Tacoma RV. We got a great price they had to order the unit we wanted (it took four weeks ) when it arrived they had the same unit on sale. We got the sale price couldn't be happier great place to buy a RV.
