Great sales staff and Kelly was awesome.. took us looking at units for 2 days and we finally made a decision... the whole process was good. They really take care of their people believe me, can't go into details but they will take care of you over and above what I expected
The Tacoma RV Center was recommended to us by our friends who purchased their travel trailer there. We went to the Tacoma RV show, and found all of the staff there and at the lot to be friendly, knowledgeable, and there is no pressure from them. When we picked up our trailer, the walk through and financing were simple and straightforward. I think that they are the "Nordstrom" of customer service in the RV business. If you are looking for something towable, you should shop here.
