Bought our first RV from Tacoma RV in mid Aug. We purchased a used Hideout and we love it. Had one of the best selling experiences we've ever had. We were told we were given 2 new batteries as a perk for buying from them. Sweet, we thought. Took our first trip a few weeks later. Batteries drained in about 2.5 days. We thought that was weird but maybe they were not fully charged. So before our next trip, my husband took them to work to fully charge them. Wendy and I just bought a new 24' Cougar travel trailer from Tacoma RV....and we love it! We actually had two. The first one had a bad water leak inside and so the floor was rotten. We only had it a few days. We took it back and LaDonna, the owner of Tacoma RV, ordered us a replacement trailer from the factory. We brought it home a few days ago and it's great! LaDonna goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers! I would Highly Recommend Tacoma RV to anyone who is in the market for an RV! Thanks again LaDonna!!

We just bought a new Cougar 28RBS! It has been a great experience from searching for the right model, to our trade, to taking our new rv home. We have been looking at cougars for a few years and saw the year end pricing. Our friends referred us and we decided it was time. Tacoma RV was very accommodating to us through every turn.
