Brought my first RV home yesterday. Tacoma RV is very organized and efficient, and everybody I encountered was "out of the way" friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There are many reasons they are the #1 towable dealer. Did my walk through with Marcus who went above and beyond to see that I understood all the systems and that the trailer was in perfect condition, all with a smile on his face. I'll be coming back for the next one. Highly recommended.

We purchased our first trailer back in 1994 from Tacoma RV and loved the service that we received back then. We just bought our Cougar travel trailer from Tacoma RV. It was a great experience. Everyone is helpful, working as a team, without being pushy at all. They had the best selection for our needs, and had the best price as well. Several times they even over exceeded our expectations.
This is the second Trailer we have bought from Tacoma RV we have bee very happy with the friendly staff. When any one tells me they are looking at RV's I tell them to check out Tacoma RV first. We have found they have the best deals and a very fun Summer outing

My husband and I bought a rv from here 2 years ago, which was awesome. Last week we saw another one we wanted, so we traded it in and bought our new one. Customer service was totally awesome, we had our rv within 4 days of buying it and brought it home thursday and took it out friday for the weekend. Loved it!!!
