We're currently camping in our new Cougar trailer, only our second time out. We had a couple issues the first outing and those have been fixed. Today we pulled into our RV spot in La Push only to find that the lock on the only door into our RV is broken. Husband crawled in through the laundry shoot but still can't open the door from the inside. Love love love our Keystone Passport!!! Several family members encouraged us to go through Tacoma RV. Grateful that we listened. The experience has been wonderful as promised. We shopped for months and made the 8 plus hr round trip drive more than once. No pressure sales and friendly knowledgable service at every turn. Emails and phone calls returned promptly. Spent our first night camping with our family in our gorgeous RV last night. Many more to come.
What a great experience my husband and I had at Tacoma RV Center. Everyone was very helpful from our first time looking last Sunday, up to our picking up our 26ft toy hauler today. The walk-thru and going over all the functions was a pleasant experience except for the extreme hot day. I would and will recommend to anyone interested in buying a trailer or RV, to come here and give this place a chance to earn your business. They are wonderful. We have now purchased our second trailer with Tacoma RV and each time the service has been stellar. The process from shopping to pulling the trailer out is so smooth. The staff is friendly and very low pressure.

Just bought my first travel trailer from Tacoma RV and the customer service is awesome everyone is very friendly and helpful I highly recommend if you are new to camping with a trailer I know I will be back when I upgrade to a bigger trailer in a couple of years
