Bought out trailer from Tacoma RV this weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful...excited to go camping!
Tacoma rv team is very put together. They have a very professional process in helping all the way thru from looking at lots of different styles to making a purchase very easy. This is our 2 nd. rv from Tacoma rv and it is definitely our favorite store.

Bought my Cougar a year ago. Sales staff were on par with what you might expect, friendly and not too pushy. That was a VERY good experience. The service man that was assigned to me for set up and transfer was eager to please. I had an issue with the slide out. It wasn't lined up correctly and wouldn't close tightly. We have had a very good experience with Tacoma RV overall. We had a few glitches in the financing details but they were supportive in getting it all worked out. We bought a used rig, and they have been very through in making sure that it was in great shape for us to head across country. I would not hesitate to recommend TacRV to friends. Of course you should always do your homework and research, but overall the experience and support were very good.
We just bought our new travel trailer from Tacoma RV. Everyone we worked with were very helpful and nice. When we went through our walk through with Nick he listened to any concerns we had and had solutions for them. We really appreciate all his hard work.
We chose our Cougar 336 BHS on Monday and picked it up on Friday, Nice turnaround. The two young men who gave us the walk through did a good job, although we have a couple of questions on the holding tanks the boys were unable to answer but I plan to stop by and speak to someone in the shop. Just left with our new Springdale. The people at Tacoma RV were amazing. Jeff showed us exactly what we were looking for, Craig walked us through our orientation and answered all our questions and the office staff was great too! Happy camping!
