Took our trailer to Tacoma RV for repairs several months ago took several months to get parts. While trailer was their waiting for parts it was broken into and almost everything inside was stolen. Ask Tacoma RV about covering the stole items and was told not our problem go talk to your insurance company. Needless to say we will not be recommending Tacoma RV any more to our friends but will tell everyone we know or who will listen to go somewhere else to purchase a new RV.
Trying to charge me to remove DEFECTIVE day/night shades is absolutely unconscionable. Absolutely awful customer service who hide behind warranties. I recommended this place to a couple camping friends. Not anymore. I used to think that this was a reputable place.
Tacoma RV Center is the best 5 stars across the board from the greeter at the door to the sales staff and financing department to the final walk through it was a pleasant buying experience we just made our second purchase from them and we couldn't be happier Thank you Ladonna and all of the staff at Tacoma RV Center
It was great. They are so helpful, and really work at getting you the RV you want. Craig was awesome, he did the walk around. If you ever want a RV I would tell you go see them first. We experienced excellent customer service and the purchase experience was painless and almost fun. :) The only drawback was that we bought the trailer on one Saturday, came back the next to get our walk-through and finalize the sale but still did not leave with our new toy as our truck was in the shop and Tacoma RV doesn't deliver on the weekends. We thought they were delivering the same day. Oh well. Patience training...
My experience here was amazing! I love that they don't pressure you into buying something and give you space to just walk around and look, but everyone is very knowledgable and helpful! Being a first time trailer buyer I was so nervous but all my questions were answered and all of the staff was really friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend everyone to go to Tacoma RV!!!
