Brought in our trailer for its first annual service today and not only did they do a great job but they did it half the time iexpected. Also, one of the technicians knocked out a hitch adjustment for my new truck. Great people and friendly service for sure!

We went to pick up our new Cougar xlite yesterday. We had a great experience and this has been one of the easiest buying processes I have ever been through. We bought at the Seattle show and I was very impressed with Erin. When she couldn't answer a question she got the factory rep to talk to us. No other company had the rep at the show. We had a though walk threw with Nick , who was great. Any issues he promptly addressed and even took care of a wiring problem with the tow cable on my truck.
