Our family bought our trailer from Tacoma RV while being out of state, site unseen and it had been used a season. It could have been a very difficult situation with those variables. All of the staff there were super helpful with extra walk thoughs, phone calls, and descriptions for us. When we got to see it for the first time this week it was exactly as described. We are super stoked and happy with the purchase and process!
We have bought 2 trailers at Tacoma RV. Both times we received great customer service! After bringing our trailers home though, we found several issues with the each trailer. The first trailer was bought used so they would not fix anything. The second was new so it was covered under the warranty. I have boight 2 different trailers from tacoma rv and both experience's have been simple and easy. These guys are not pushy and really helpfull they let you look at the inventory and not bug you while you do so.
My husband and I just bought our first camp trailer Tacoma RV on Saturday and had an amazing experience. They went thru the trailer with us, made sure everything worked before we hooked it up to take it home, and answered all our questions and didn't make us feel pressured into buying something we weren't going to be happy with. I will be sure to let anyone we know that is looking into buying a camp trailer about Tacoma RV because of our great experience that we had with them.
The staff at Tacoma RV are wonderful to work with, so helpful. We had the greatest buying experience we've ever had buying a new RV. The Montana High Country is every thing we wanted and more.
