Bought a new Passport trailer from Tacoma RV this week. Process was so easy, the people super knowledgeable and friendly, and the service exceptional. From the RV show tour (they even gave us free tickets), to the vehicle walkthrough, service department engagement, parts department shopping spree, and awesome financing, we had a great end-to-end experience. My wife and I just purchased our "FIRST" new RV. It is a Passport 234 and working with Tacoma RV was an excellent experience. Excellent staff! They made the process of buying our 2016 Passport as seamless and painless as possible. We had extremely specific wants and needs as well as a very strict budget. The staff at Tacoma RV took all of that into account and actually worked with us and made us feel welcome.
