We had a very good buying experience at Tacoma RV. The Sales staff were very knowledgable, patient and low low pressure. We made numerous visits to the dealership and we were always treated very well. We shopped around and found that Tacoma RV gave us the best deal. We had one minor issue with the trailer and it was resolved to our satisfaction immediately. After we purchased a trailer, the service department spent considerable amount of time walking us through the trailer inside and out. Thank you Tacoma RV staff.

Tacoma RV has been an outstanding experience from the moment we walked through the doors. Erin and Kelly were so personable and knowledgeable when showing our options. Overall a good experience. They were pretty busy so we interacted with a lot of people. They have a good process but some information wasn't known to us until the very end. We liked the product and now we wait for delivery. Thank you!
We just purchased a 2016 Outback and had a pleasant experience. I do agree with the customer from December about keeping notes of what was said or promised during each part of the buying process. We would have to remind each person and then they would have to "go check". The walk through was informative.
