We are so excited and happy with our new Cougar travel trailer! We purchased at the Seattle RV Show, and Tacoma RV treated us like Royalty! We picked up our new trailer on 2/16/16, and every staff member was helpful, thorough, courteous, and friendly. Absolutely amazing. My husband and I purchased our brand new trailer yesterday and couldn't have been more happy with the purchase, the customer service, how informative they were and overall experience from everyone we dealt with. Never were we pressured into buying it. Never pressured into looking at different ones. It was perfect. We will never go anywhere else for our RV needs.
