We bought our first fifth wheel in 2013 and wanted a different floor plan and knew exactly where to go after our last experience. The sales people are great, Julie in financing, and the techs who do the walk around so after purchase with you. All awesome.
Our experience at Tacoma RV was all around amazing. The staff answered every question we had and I mean every question because we had lots of them. The part I really enjoyed about Tacoma RV was they allow you to browse freely and take your time versus other places we've been to that have to follow you around as you look.

My husband and I bought a new 5th wheel trailer from Tacoma RV Center. From the moment we arrived it was obvious this was unlike any other dealership. Warm greeting, no pressure, and very knowledgeable staff. They make you feel valued and really make it a fun purchasing experience. Would highly recommend Tacoma RV.
Today I had to come in and get my hitch repaired. The people in service at Tacoma RV were very courteous and took no time at all to help me with my situation. I would recommend Tacoma RV any day of the week for repairs and great service.
Great experience! We looked for a while, checking out all our options. We ended up coming back to Tacoma RV because of the service and price. I would have given it a 5 but I feel like the parts department didn't help as much as I wished. We knew nothing about what we should buy. I know they were short handed so not much they could do.

They are awesome to work with. They have a great selection and their website is helpful. Update: The buying experience was awesome. However, a year later the customer service for the forever warranty was horrible. If you get the forever warranty take it somewhere else for the check-up!
Awesome sales staff, no pressure and they were very patient with waiting on our decision on which coach we wanted to buy. It took hours for us to pick the right one :) They even helped out on missing trailer hitch parts on my end.
