called today to get my yearly lifetime warranty inspection done the woman i talked to said they where just to busy i have for the last three years always droped off on saturday they would take care of the inspection during the week the pickup the next saturdaybut she no i would have to take day off drive 3 hours get it done then leave with my rv she was rude and not willing to work with us so i will not be doing anything with tacoma rv again

After visiting Tacoma RV Center and looking at their inventory we went to the RV show, but nothing compared to the Keystone Cougar we found with at Tacoma RV. From price to service and friendly staff they are the best. Our sales person, the person who did the orientation and even the owner herself took all the time we needed and questions we had from start to finish. Great place with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I highly recommend Tacoma RV and love our new trailer.
