We purchased a 2017 Carbon 5th wheel toy hauler .Our sales rep, Hayes, was awesome. He showed us the models we were interested in and then walked away to allow us to go back & forth between and make our decision. The best thing about Hayes is that he used to be in service, so he knows. He talked with us about mods to the truck and other concerns we had. The whole experience as super. We just purchased our new Montana 5th wheel model 3950BR. Everyone at Tacoma RV couldn't have been any more helpful. Everyone from the first person who greeted us on the lot to the guy that helped us hook up to our new trailer. It was one of the easiest purchases we made. Easy financing with excellent staff. Even parts department staff bent over backwards for us. If they don't have what you want, they get it in a day. Don't buy till you give these people a shot.
We've been looking for a travel trailer for about a year. We went to both the Tacoma RV show and Seattle RV show. Both times we kept going back to the Tacoma RV team. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. They answered all of our questions and pointed out somethings to us on the two models we were interested in. Eventually we went to their lot and had a quote for the trailer we liked. No haggling just a fair price. On May 16th we picked up our trailer and are so excited to go camping.
Picked up our Brand New 2017 Keystone Outback 272UFL yesterday. Our very first trailer. The team at TacomaRV were very friendly, customer focused and extremely helpful.
