Great sales. Great service. They squeezed me in for a furnace repair in January and finished a bunch of extra warranty work they found during their inspection in TWO DAYS.
My boyfriend and I purchased our first travel trailer a lil over 2 yrs ago. At the time it was perfect for us. I was very satisfied with the sales and financing folks at Tacoma RV but have been disappointed with the service department. After 3 trips over 2 months in a brand new RV, I called to make a service appointment to get some issues taken care of - including having the wrong hitch installed for my tow vehicle-trailer combo. Their first available service appointment was 3 months out. Problems with a brand-new-anything should be addressed immediately...very frustrating and disappointing!
We had the most amazing experience at Tacoma RV. They went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed to get out the door in our beautiful trailer. We found the perfect trailer for our family and will definitely be back in a few years to get our upgrade once the kids are gone! And will tell all our friends this is the place to go.
