DO NOT BUY AN RV FROM THIS DEALER! THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES ON NEW RV’s. YOU WILL REGRET BUYING FROM THIS DEALER.
Tacoma RV has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do NOT give these people your business. You will be sorely disappointed. The parts department is a joke, hold times are excessive (40 minutes plus!). Management makes platitudes and treats it as if it is acceptable.
Just want to thank Tacoma RV service center, we had a problem with our grey tank handle, a week before our trip. Called, and they fixed it and had me going in 2 days. Thank you so much guys, We love our 5th Wheel!!!
The entire process was transparent, the sales staff introduced them selves but then left you to view all the units. Each unit had all the price info listed on the dinette. The quote process was upfront and fast, no pressure. Pick up day was great as well. Unit was staged and washed when we arrived. Our tech took his time to go over everything as well as answer all our questions. Recently bought a 2019 Winnebago 2401RG from Tacoma RV. Started the process on Wednesday. Three phone call later, had a deal with a trade in. Saturday driving home towing a new travel trailer. Delivery process took 2 hours, not 3. NO fuss, NO hassle. Everyone was smiling and looked to be enjoying their work. Everything promised was delivered including having the trailer ready for delivery. Worst place to go. Bought a brand new trailer... (lemon) had issues from day one and the dealership don't give a shit. Worst customer service ever.
Service department is a joke, warranty is a joke.... and their communication sucks. Don’t buy from Tacoma RV.
