To gain a sale the sales person sold us a Travel trailer that was 2000 lbs to heavy for our vehicle. When it was discovered they refused to admit their mistake. I had already purchased and am now stuck with a trailer I can not tow. This not only has cost me money but put my family in danger. I was able to tow it home but was dangerous and over weight. every time I brought my trailer in there's always something wrong with it.The first year I didn't use it and cost me all most double the price of $99,00.They just want your money.I wanted to up grade my trailer and they wanted a down payment .What I know now I would of went somewhere else. I
Worst dealership me and my family have ever experienced. They scam you out of money and after you confront them about it they are extremely disrespectful. The owner Ladonna is very unprofessional and does not know how to treat her customers. I highly recommend not going there. We will also be reporting them to the better business bureau.
