terrible experience!! they state they are a "high value dealership" ( I was told this about 4 different times) this means they are not willing to help out their customers or a least it feels that way!! the technician that did tour walk around was absolutely amazing he gets all my praise and should get all the credit!! he was the only one that seemed to care about us, everything else was less then a great experience. shame on this "high value dealership"!!

4 months ago we bought our 2019 Springdale here, everyone was so nice and friendly, everything to do with buying and finalizing the sale was awesome....now 4 months later, we came back, and traded in the 2019, for a 2020 bullet...this time was more of a breeze due to bringing in our own financing from our credit union...again, everyone was so nice and friendly...highly recommended!
Super frendly crew. they worked so hard to get us into our 1st RV. hardly recommended.
We purchased our fourth RV from Tacoma RV back in November of 2018. We purchased our first one in 2003. They were at there old store of 20th Street in Fife. Their new store is much nicer but service has been thief Achilles heel. Looking forward to our first trip to their new service facility. If the service is as good as the facility looks I will be a lifer!
