The service technician that assisted me was excellent. He was very polite and knowledgeable but when I called to reschedule the date of our follow up service I made it clear that I would contact Orkin when I wanted to reschedule service and I got a text right after their office hours closed with a service date. I made it very clear to the receptionist A**** that I did not want a date scheduled and I feel like that is incredibly untrustworthy for this company to go ahead and schedule me when I made myself clear. I scheduled an appointment, was given a two hour window and they never showed. I rescheduled for the next day and a very nice man came. They did not tell me that you should keep animals out so is he spraying my place and my cats are running everywhere touching the ******* freaking solution. I am so unhappy with this whole situation.

They did a great job.! And the price was good
We used the Orkin branches in Dallas, TX. They misrepresented their services and their company in general, beginning with management. This lasted several months, leading us to believe they could help with our insect problem. Finally, after two botched appointments, they finally told us they did not provide the service that we asked for.
