Their first visit today was great! The technician gave me very good information about bug behavior and how to protect my home. He was very thorough and explained everything really well. I'm so glad I chose Orkin!
I was forced to open an expensive service contract to trap and remove a single mouse. I never received a written contract or agreement; this was all over the phone. When 30 days went by with no further pest, I attempted to cancel my service. I was told a manager would need to call me back, which never happened. It has now been three months. Been with Orkin for almost 3 years now...J**** is awesome. He always makes sure no little creepy crawlies take over my home. Ill never use anyone else.
I had a morning appt scheduled for termite control. The neighbors had the pm appt. I was given a 2 hr window for their arrival (8 - 10am). They arrived at 10 minutes before 10. I was told that they would be starting on the house next door and I told them I had it set up for them to do my garage first. Well, 1 1/2 hrs later they are all taking a break and they still had not started on my garage. The am appt should have been done first, then they could take their break and then start the pm job. I had contacted Orkin in August and they agreed to charge $59.00 to do a spray. They were going to come back the following month but ended up coming back 8-30 because the bug infestation was still overwhelming. They advised there would be no charge for the visit on the 30th. The first time they came out I wrote a $59 check which was cashed and a copy was provided to Orkin when they called me saying I owed them $59. After they received a copy of the cashed check they have since sent me 2 bills for $59. The young lady I spoke ... read more

I can't comment on their extermination skills because they have now scheduled and missed THREE SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS. Two hour window on Monday - I got a call saying no one was coming because someone didn't show up to work. I had taken off work and was very upset but I rescheduled for Tuesday (taking another day off work) because I needed to get my mouse situation under control.
